Gliotoxin increases intracellular ROS. HT1080 cells were treated with or without 100 μM gliotoxin for 24 h. ROS (−)/(+) cell count were determined by dihydroethidium (DHE) staining and by the Muse analyzer oxidative stress kit. Results of at least three independent experiments were averaged. All data are presented as the mean ± SD. *P < 0.05 compared to the ROS (−) without gliotoxin treatment
