Physcion regulates caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 cascades in PC3 cells. PC3 cells were treated with various concentrations (0 to 100 μM) of physcion for 72 h, after which the expression levels of caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 were assayed. Each value was expressed as the mean ± SD of triplicate experiment. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 as compared to the control (0 μM)
