Physcion regulates Ras/Bcl-2 family signaling pathway in PC3 cells. PC3 cells were treated with various concentrations (0 to 100 μM) of physcion for 72 h, and expression level of Ras/Bcl-2 family proteins including Ras, PI3K, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, and Bax was assayed using western blot and quantified. Each value was expressed as the mean ± SD of triplicate experiment. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 as compared to the control (0 μM)
