From: Inhibition of MMP-2 and MMP-9 activities by solvent-partitioned Sargassum horneri extracts
Effect of solvent-partitioned S. horneri extracts (SHEs) on cell viability of HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cells. The cells were treated with different concentrations of SHEs (5 and 50 μg/ml) and incubated for 48 h. The cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay. Values are mean ± SD (n = 3). Means with the different letters are significantly different (P < 0.05) by Duncan’s multiple range test
