Molecular phylogenetic tree (neighbor-joining tree drawn with MEGA7 (Kumar et al. 2016)) to propose the duplication of β1- (for P. coreanum MT) and β2-domain (A. irradians MT1 and MT2), giving rise to MTs with more than two metal-binding domains.
