Effect of seahorse hydrolysate on glycogen content in C2C12 myoblasts. The cells were incubated with various concentrations of seahorse hydrolysate (50, 100, 150, and 200 μg/mL) for 24 h. The glycogen contents were assessed. The experiment was performed in triplicate. Each value indicates the mean ± standard error from three independent experiments. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
