Cell proliferation of seahorse hydrolysate on C2C12 myoblast. The cell was treated with various concentrations of seahorse hydrolysate (50, 100, 150, and 200 μg/mL) and incubated for 72 h. The cell proliferation was assessed by BrdU assay. The experiment was performed in triplicate. Each value indicates the mean ± standard error from three independent experiments. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
